Why Use Set Software Services

Set Software Services (SSS) represents almost 100 man-years of system software experience among our staff.  We're ready to quote on any project -- even ones with short deadlines and tight budgets.

SSS is located in Longmont, just outside of Boulder Colorado.  Although a large percentage of our software work has been done for remote clients all over the US, we're especially glad when we can help local Colorado companies with software projects.

The engineers of SSS represent an extraordinary range of experience in software development areas -- compiler design, operating systems, databases, firmware, diagnostics, and other system software.  We're familiar with virtually all modern tools and development suites and work regularly in Windows, Linux, VxWorks and other OS environments.

As a small firm, SSS is light on administrative overhead and heavy on real engineers.  That doesn't mean we're not serious about professionalism however.  Every project in which we engage will include 

• A statement of work to be performed

• A signed NDA, if desired by the client

• Weekly status reports

• Weekly code drops (or more often)

• Direct telephone or personal contact with the project engineers

• Work performed to professional design and coding standards
